Heartleaf Succinic Moisture Cleansing Foam is Anua's very popular, hypoallergenic, deep cleansing and mildly exfoliating pH-balanced facial cleanser, especially suitable for oily and impure skin that easily becomes sensitive. The gel-like formula creates a rich foam that deeply cleanses the skin of dirt, impurities and excess sebum without drying out or irritating the skin - the result is fresh and clean skin without a tight feeling!

The cleanser contains antibacterial heartleaf extract (Houttuynia Cordata), succinic acid and BHA acid (salicylic acid), which together help fight pimples and blackheads by gently exfoliating dead skin cells while soothing minor skin inflammations. Enriched with soothing plant extracts, panthenol and ceramide to support the skin's barrier and keep it hydrated after cleansing.

How to use the product

A water-based cleanser is used to cleanse the face either on its own, or after an oil-based cleanser as part of double cleansing. Apply cleanser to damp face in the morning and/or evening in circular motions, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Massage and then rinse with warm water.

If irritation occurs, pause use and consult a dermatologist if necessary. For external use only. Do not use on damaged skin. Store the product protected from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water if the product comes into contact with the eyes.

Heartleaf has antioxidant properties and soothes skin and inflammation. Antibacterial properties prevent and treat especially acne-prone skin. It also protects the skin from environmental influences and treats damage to the skin caused by UV rays. Heartleaf is a perennial plant that contains lots of vitamins and minerals. It survives the winter and begins to grow in the spring, full of new nutrients and moisture when the April sun is at its mildest.

When does K-Beauty Day take place, and what does the campaign include?

K-Beauty Day takes place on Thursday, 5/11 2026! 💙 In this year's best K-Beauty offer, you get 50% off the entire range plus up to two full-size skincare products free, worth a total of over 680 SEK! 

The campaign starts in the online store at 6:00 a.m. and runs until 11:59 p.m. on 5/11. In stores, the offers are valid on 5/11 during each store's opening hours.

Gift cards are not included in the offer.

Do the offers also apply in stores?

Yes! The K-Beauty Day offers are available both online and in stores. In stores, the offers are available during their opening hours.

How do I contact customer service?

How do I get free gifts?

You’ll receive full-size skincare products as gifts based on your order value:

  • For orders over SEK 650: Celimax TXA Brightening Eye Patch (value: SEK 319).
  • For orders over SEK 1,000: You’ll also receive VT Cosmetics PDRN Capsule Cream 100 (value: SEK 369).

So, for an order over SEK 1,000, you’ll receive both gifts, worth a total of over SEK 680!

Order thresholds are calculated after discounts. Gifts are available in limited quantities. Maximum one of each gift per customer.

Do you have to add free gifts to your cart yourself?

No, you don’t need to! The gifts are automatically added to your cart when your order meets the promotion terms and the products are in stock.

Gifts are available in limited quantities. If the gift isn’t shown in your cart, it’s sold out.

Orders and deliveries

When will my K-Beauty Day order be delivered?

Due to the campaign’s high order volume, the estimated picking time for orders is 10–15 business days. Our warehouse is doing its best to ship orders as soon as possible! 💙

Please note that the transit time for your selected shipping method is additional.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made to orders placed during the promotion. However, you can request to cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation policy before it is sent for picking at our warehouse.

Please note that our customer service team is receiving more inquiries than usual during the promotion, and we may not be able to process your cancellation request before order picking begins.

Once the order has been sent for picking, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return all or part of your order in accordance with our usual return policy. 

Returns

Can I return products that I bought on sale?

Yes! Products purchased during the promotion can also be returned within 14 days, in accordance with our return policy. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Please note that if the conditions for receiving a free gift with purchase are no longer met after the return, the free gift must also be returned.
